James E. Jarrell, Jr.
Jim Jarrell is Chairman of Jarrell Properties, Inc. and is the guiding influence of the company.

He is the principal leader of the company's strategic initiatives. In 1968, Mr. Jarrell began a law practice that specialized in real estate and zoning law. Shortly thereafter, he began developing small real estate projects as a side business. In 1998 he left the active practice of law and has since focused primarily on the company's development business.
Mr. Jarrell is a graduate of the University of Richmond (BS) and the T.C. Williams School of Law (JD).

Ronald L. Hicks
Ron Hicks is Vice-chairman of Jarrell Properties, Inc. and leads many of the company's special projects.

Growing up in a construction/development environment, Mr. Hicks united with Jim Jarrell in 1972 to form the law firm that eventually became Jarrell, Hicks & Sasser, P.C., where his practice focused on real estate law. Since 1985, he has served on the Board of Directors of several financial organizations, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bankshares Corporation.
Mr. Hicks is a graduate of Lynchburg College (BA in Political Science) and the T.C. Williams School of Law (JD).

James E. Jarrell, III
Jay Jarrell is President of Jarrell Properties, Inc. Mr. Jarrell is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company.

In 1987 Mr. Jarrell created Jarrell Properties, Inc. to manage the various rental properties owned by the Jarrell family. In 1988, he joined the law firm of Jarrell, Hicks & Sasser, PC. In his law practice, he focused on real estate and zoning law, while being actively involved, both as an attorney, and as a principal, in the development of numerous subdivisions. In 2002 Mr. Jarrell retired from the active practice of law and has focused primarily on the company's development business.
Mr. Jarrell is a graduate ofthe University of Richmond (BS in Accounting) and the T.C. Williams School of Law (JD), and Mr. Jarrell is a Certified Public Accountant.

John A. Hetrick
John Hetrick is Vice-President of Jarrell Properties, Inc.

In 1983 he formed Hand Construction, Inc., and over the next 24 years, built the company into one of the premiere builders of custom homes in the Fredericksburg area. In 2007 Mr. Hetrick joined Jarrell Properties, Inc. to provide day-to-day management of the company's acquisition and construction functions. He attended Clarion University majoring in math and computer science. He is a graduate of the Computer Learning Center. Mr. Hetrick has also owned and managed many rental properties and has been a principal in various commercial properties throughout the Fredericksburg area.
